Our Mediterranean fine Silk Sponge is suitable for men and women for facial cleansing and whole-body washing.

1. Wash your silk sponge thoroughly before first use. Rinse it in clean water to remove all sea particles.
2. Add a small quantity of bath foam and massage your face with circular moves.
3. Wash it thoroughly after use by gently squeezing excess water (do not twist) and leave it to air dry completely.

Normally orders are delivered within 2-6 business days but Depending on Demand and Flash Sales, some orders may be delayed a few more days than normal!

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may only cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Upon canceling your order, you will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 3 Business days. Items bought on sale are final and not eligible for cancellation.

RETURNS

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.
If you experience a problem with one of our products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days after delivery.

PROCESSING TIME

ALL ORDERS TAKE 3-5 DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING

If you place your order over the weekend, your order processing time starts the following Monday or Tuesday.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

All standard shipping orders have a processing time of 3-4 business days in addition to the carrier transit times. International orders will be processed at the same time.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please check your address carefully before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update the shipping address will be processed. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if MUUOK reships your order.

LOST/MISSING DELIVERIES

If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier and file a claim with the carrier before contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us. If your local or EU country delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated within 15 days or more(Not delivered within 15 days) please contact us at care@muuok.com so that we can file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement to you. If your International delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 30 days, please reach out to us at care@muuok.com so that we can submit a claim to replace your order.

INACCURATE OR MISSING SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses. Once your order is placed you contact us to update details. We will do our best to update your details. If you place an order and the address is not accurate or complete, we cannot guarantee that it will be updated or fixed before it is shipped to you. MUUOK by omuok will not refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses.
