“MUUOK” is created from the Founder’s name “Omuok”.
MUUOK Products are formulated and created in our Lab in Switzerland by a qualified and professional Skincare Product Formulator. We consult with a qualified Doctor based in New York and UAE on all our Formulations. We try our sample batches on real people with skin concerns. We then follow up with our product users, who 98% of the time report a visible skin improvement after using our products. After successful product trials, our products are approved by a third-party Lab and a Cosmetic Consultant with a BSC, MRes, and AMRSB in Biochemistry.
We use 98% of natural, organic ingredients combined with modern approved actives. Instead of using familiar ingredients that often irritate the skin, we use effective substitutes that are compatible with other formulation ingredients, as well as feel better on the skin (e.g. Bakuchiol instead of Retinol, Niacinamide instead of Vitamin C).
No. We do not use any parabens.
Absolutely. All our products are 100% cruelty-free.
We avoid using any Fragrances in our Serums and Salve. For our Lotions and Creams, we use up to 1% carefully selected Essential Oils, that not only improve the smell of the product but also have positive benefits to the skin and overall well-being (e.g. Patchouli)
How quickly you see results will depend on consistency with your skincare routine. We refrain from making any over-promises, but you can expect to see results from in up to 1-month.
To properly assess the effectiveness and tolerance of our products, we recommend using them consistently for at least 2 to 4 weeks. This gives your skin enough time to adapt to the new ingredients and show visible improvements. A reaction after only one use does not necessarily mean an intolerance or poor product quality. It could be a temporary irritation, especially when combined with other products. If in doubt, please contact us – we’re here to help.
We are deeply committed to your skin’s health. If you experience any irritation, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a description and, if possible, a photo of the reaction. We will review your case individually.
Most of our products do not have expiration dates because they are cosmetic products. All skincare products have a PAO (period after opening, i.e., first use) date that is printed on the packaging. This information is a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy. In summary our products have up to 1-year shelf life since they do not contain synthetic preservatives and are formulated with 98% natural ingredients.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products. If you change your mind, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
