PRODUCTS
MUUOK products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Individual skin reactions may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout and are displayed before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING

ORDER CANCELLATION

RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products may only be returned if:
• they remain unopened;
• unused;
• sealed where applicable;
• and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be in their original condition.
Unless the return results from an error by MUUOK or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned products. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• photographs of the damaged product;
• photographs of the packaging.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
